NIIT University Entrance Test (NUET) 2019 Notification Released

NIIT University (NU) is a not-for-profit University notified by the Government of Rajasthan in 2009. A premier institution, marked by higher learning and research, NU seeks to create original thinkers who will lead the knowledge society of the future. The University inherits three decades of rich expertise and global know-how of its principal sponsor, the NIIT Group.

Eligibility Criteria:

⇒ Eligibility 60% marks or equivalent in Class X in five subjects (Compulsory subjects – English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies).

⇒ 60% marks or equivalent in Class XII in five subjects (Compulsory subjects – English, Mathematics/ Biology, Physics & Chemistry).

⇒ Must be appearing in the board examination in March/April 2019 or should have the necessary mark sheets if you have appeared in 2017 or 2018.

Application Fee: Rs. 1500/-

Admission Procedure:

NU admissions are through Admission Interaction Process (AIP).

AIP has 3 rounds:

Questionnaire
NIIT University Engineering Test (NUET)
Personal Counselling Interaction (PCI)

Duration of the entire AIP process of 2 hours 30 minutes.

The PCI between the applicants and their parents/guardians with designated officials from NU is an important part of the process. AIP can be scheduled at the student’s preferred date and time.

It can be conducted online or at the nearest AIP location.

Selected candidates would have to pay an acceptance fee along with a signed acceptance letter within 5 days of receiving the admission offer.
