  • MHT-CET 2020 or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to 4 Year Duration Full Time Under Graduate Degree courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and 6 Year Duration Full Time Under Graduate Degree course in Pharm D. for the academic year 2020-21.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2020.
  • All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates for Engineering/ Technology:
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and Obtained score in JEE(Main) B.E./B.Tech or MHT-CET 2020.
  • All India Candidature Candidates for Pharmacy & Pharm D:
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
  • should obtain non zero positive score in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtained non zero score in CET.
  • Eligibility criteria for Candidates belonging to Person with Disability:The candidates should submit a certificate clearly stating that the extent of disability is not less than 40% and the disability is of permeant nature.
  • Note: Admission to Mining Engineering course: Female candidates are not eligible for admission to Mining Engineering course.

with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only:
Rs. 600/-.

Admit Cards:

  • For downloading Admit Card, Candidate should visit the website mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in. The candidate can download his/her admit card for MHT-CET 2020 from his/her Log-In ID 5th April, 2020 To 23rd April, 2020. Issue of Admit Card is merely an enabling document for appearing at the MHTCET 2020 and does not imply that the candidate satisfies all the requirements of eligibility conditions of admission.
