Verification and editing of Application Form
ICAR’s 23rd AIEEA for UG, PG, JRF/ SRF (PGS) RE-EXAM (Scheduled on 18-19 August, 2018).
Procedure for Online verification and updating examcity center choices for offline mode (OMR based) Re-exam
⇒ All further activities will be executed through the website www.icar.org.in and www.icarexam.net
⇒ The earlier website https://www.aieea.net shall no longer be used for any further online activities.
⇒ All the candidates who had earlier applied for Online exam (Which has now been cancelled) will be required to follow this procedure for RE-EXAM in Offline mode.
⇒ Candidates will get their login ID and newly generated password on their registered email.
⇒ After logging in, the details filled earlier by the candidates will be displayed on the screen. Candidate has to just verify his/ her details and update the desired fields.
⇒ All fields required to be filled will be clearly identifiable by the mark “# #”.
⇒ All candidates have to select their examination city center AGAIN. The centers filled earlier are invalid and are of no use now. Candidate should give three choices as first, second and third preferences.
⇒ If any candidate does not follow this procedure, then ICAR will be at liberty to allot him/ her any center of its choice and candidate shall be bound to accept it. No complaints will be taken in this regard after this application window is closed.
⇒ Those candidates who could not fill their OGPA/marks earlier due to non-declaration of result may do so now. This will be required for their merit generation. No candidate shall be considered as Result awaited/ appearing candidate henceforth.
⇒ Due to time shortage, this updation will be permitted only once. After submitting the application, the candidate will not be able to add/ modify any field.
⇒ After completing the application, the candidate should submit it. Then take a printout of the form. He/ she has to put thumb impression (his left/ her right hand) and declaration in handwriting-“I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the examination as contained in the Information Bulletin, which I have duly studied and understood thoroughly” on the last page of print-out. The hard copy of print out has to be posted to Controller of Examinations (Agril. Edn.), Examination Cell, Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan-II, Pusa, New Delhi. An address slip will also be printed along with the form so that the candidate can paste it on the envelope to avoid any mistake in the address.
Candidate should retain printout of same for counselling purpose.
