⇒ Such candidates should request the University officials to online mark them for “Auto-Upgradation” However they have to first take admission on their allotted seat. In the subsequent round of allotment, these candidates will be tried for their better choices on these vacant seats which have become vacant due to not reporting. If they get a better choice, then OK otherwise their initial allotted seat will remain with them. Auto-Upgradation is permitted only in the first round. University may refuse admission if listed documents are not found in order.
⇒ University at a later stage will allot any accredited college to the candidate, on their own discretion. And it does not come under scope of this counselling.
⇒ University will online report about the admission status of each candidate, individually. Seats remaining vacant will form the seat matrix for subsequent rounds.
⇒ Subsequent round of allotment will be conducted on candidates who did not get any seat in the earlier round. But choices will remain same as filled in the beginning.
